Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is currently done through Canada Post and we ensure discreet packaging on all orders. Shipping to anywhere in Canada is free when you purchase $49 before taxes otherwise it is only $9.99. Shipping to USA is free over $99 before taxes otherwise it is only $14.99.

PLEASE NOTE:

There is no shipping of products over the weekends. Orders placed before 1 PM (EDT) will be shipped the same business day (Monday - Friday) or the following business day if the order is placed on a weekend. It will take 3 -5 business days depending upon the destination location.

Privacy & Security

We take pride to keep all of your personal information private and secure. We do not sell or redistribute your personal information including emails, telephone, name and addresses to any 3rd party whatsoever. We also use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to make sure that your information is protected and runs smoothly over the internet. Returns & Replacements

If you are not satisfied with any of the items, you can return them at your own expense for a full refund within 15 days providing the packages are unopened and in resalable condition. You will not be refunded for shipping and handling charges. All products are checked, tested and verified twice before they are shipped. We don’t compromise your health and well being at any risk.

Ordering

After placing an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Once we ship your product, you will receive another email to let you know the tracking number for your order.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept payment by Visa, Master Card, Paypal, Money Order and Interact. You will be billed under our parent company which is OJT Trading. We don’t store your credit card information on our website. Our pricing are very competitive. We will be putting items on promotion and running contests for you to win prizes and take advantage of our super special deals. You can register with us without buying any of items to win.

Viewing Orders

While you were making a purchase on our website if you have entered your password, you can login to your account anytime to view what you have purchased and when have you purchased. If you are checking out as a guest, this information won’t be available for you.

Updating Account Information

If you are a registered customer and you have picked up your password while making a purchase, you can update your personal profile by logging into your account.
